2. Orders & Acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product availability, errors in pricing or descriptions, or suspected fraud. You will receive an order confirmation by email once your order is placed.
3. Pricing & Payment
Prices are listed in US dollars and do not include applicable sales tax, which is calculated at checkout based on the shipping destination. Payment is processed securely through our payment provider. You must be authorized to use the payment method submitted.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We ship to addresses within the United States. Delivery estimates are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. Please inspect your order upon arrival.
5. Returns & Refunds
Due to the seasonal nature of Sukkah murals, all sales are final and returns are not accepted. If your mural arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number for assistance.
6. Intellectual Property
All artwork, images, designs, and content on this site are the property of SukkahArtwork or licensed artists and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
SukkahArtwork is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant order.
