Where are you located and do you offer store pickup?

Unfortunately, we are roaming around in the cloud (enjoying the serenity) and not accessible for store pickup. However, we do offer free shipping! Our online ordering system couldn't be easier - Shop, Ship, Hang!
What are your shipping options and will I receive the sukkah artwork tapestries in time for sukkos?

We offer Free Shipping (3-5 days), 2 Day Express Shipping, and Priority Next Day Shipping to ensure you receive your order in time for Sukkos.
How will I hang the tapestry in my sukkah?

We designed our Sukkah tapestries with metal grommets on top and bottom for easy hanging. String, utility hooks, nails, and screws are the easiest ways to hang the murals. Alternatively, you can use velcro strips by attaching strips to both the sukkah wall and tapestry.
Can I order a custom size?

All of our products are manufactured prior to the Sukkos Season. Therefore, any custom size requests would need to be ordered at least three months in advance. For any further questions please contact us.
What is your return policy?

Unfortunately, due to the seasonal nature of this product, we are unable to accept returns. All of our products are inspected before shipment. However, if the product received is damaged in any way, please contact us for instructions on how to return it and receive a refund.

What is the best way to clean a Sukkah Artwork tapestry?

We suggest using a dampened washcloth to wipe off any excess dirt.
Are the murals waterproof?

Yes, they are waterproof but not water resistant. Waterproof items can become wet without sustaining damage. Water repellent, on the other hand, causes water to bead up and slide off, leaving the material dry
Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Please note, shipping rates and delivery times vary by location and are shown during checkout. Additionally, any applicable duties or taxes are not included in the checkout price and will be billed to the customer by the shipping carrier before delivery.
How can I remove any creases on the mural before hanging it?

Our products are composed of a soft material which doesn't usually have any wrinkles. Any folds aren't usually noticeable and will quickly disappear while it is hanging.
